Section 25
Services, conditions and facilities of the chairman and members
: (1) The chairman will be the chief officer of the commission working full time.
(2) The remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the chairman and members shall be as prescribed.
(3) Unless there is an arrangement under sub-section (2), the remuneration and other benefits of the chairman shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
(4) If the chairman or a member has made any decision on a matter related to a person who has received a permit while working in the commission, he or she shall not be involved in any way with the person who has received such a permit for a period of one year from the date of retirement from the commission. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "Engagement" means the status of permanent, temporary, contractual and contract work as a manager, employee, expert or consultant of a person who has received a permit.
(2) The remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the chairman and members shall be as prescribed.
(3) Unless there is an arrangement under sub-section (2), the remuneration and other benefits of the chairman shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
